Planned subscription prices in GBP. Annual subscriptions cover twelve months, paid upfront at ten times the monthly price (two months saved). Charlie Miller is not UK VAT registered. Overseas taxes depend on customer location and status; any applicable tax must be shown before purchase. A seven-day trial with payment details and agreement is planned; it renews at the selected monthly or annual price unless cancelled. No subscriptions can be purchased in this evaluation preview, and using the demo cannot start a charge. Item operating currencies do not convert subscription prices.
THE DETAILS, IN ONE PLACE
The same core feature set is planned for all four subscriptions. The current evaluation platform includes the workflows below; commercial signup and billing are not yet live.
Uploads: up to 10 MiB per file. Individual includes 100 MB, Small team 500 MB, Business 2 GB and Larger team 5 GB. Uploads stop at the allowance; no automatic overage charges. CSV import previews up to 1,000 records per file and saves in resumable 50-record batches. Planned equipment allowances are 100, 500, 2,000 and 5,000 records. Each retained equipment profile counts once—including a quantity or consumable profile regardless of its unit balance, a kit profile and each reusable component profile, plus unavailable or retired records. Downgrading never deletes existing files; further uploads stop if the lower allowance is exceeded.
Quantity support covers reservations, issue balances, reusable return breakdowns, per-profile counts and bounded multi-item count sheets. Kit support covers required reusable components, not nested kits or consumable components. It does not include recurring count schedules, purchase orders or automatic replenishment. Native/offline apps, live GPS, customer payments, enterprise SSO and an external contractor portal are not included. Hosted identity, billing and scheduled off-site backups remain launch work.
Plans differ by equipment records (100, 500, 2,000 or 5,000) and user accounts (1, 3, 10 or 25). Photo/document storage also increases: 100 MB, 500 MB, 2 GB and 5 GB. All plans include the core workflows; team plans add more individual staff logins and shared responsibility.
Pay £150, £290, £590 or £990 upfront for twelve months. That saves two monthly payments: £30, £58, £118 or £198 respectively. Annual renewal, cancellation and any refund terms will be shown for acceptance before paid signup opens.
A stored customer or operator record is not itself a login. A person who accesses the platform needs their own user account; credentials should not be shared. Final seat-counting and invitation rules will be shown before purchase.
The fictional demo is free to explore without an account. It is separate from the planned seven-day account trial and is not permanent free storage for a real business.
