Do I need an account to try it?+

No. The free demo uses fictional records, stays separate from business accounts and resets when you refresh. Try reservations, checkout, returns and fault reporting.

Is this only for construction equipment?+

No. Track individual assets, reusable quantities and consumable issue balances across hire, events, sports, vehicles and shared stockrooms. Automatic reordering and purchase orders are not currently supported.

Does it take payments from my customers?+

No. It tracks your internal operation. Optional hire rates help your team quote through your existing sales process; there is no customer checkout.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Yes, through your browser. There is no native app or offline mode yet. Recorded locations are entered by your team, not live GPS tracking.

Can I move my spreadsheet across?+

CSV preview supports up to 1,000 items per file and saves in resumable 50-item batches. Imported items start on hold so they can be checked before use.

What is available now?+

The free demo is open to everyone. Real business access requires a verified email account and a paid subscription or card-backed trial. Live signup, email delivery and payments are not yet connected.
