The public demo
The demo keeps its fictional working records in browser memory. Refreshing resets those changes. It does not create a business account or save those records to the equipment database. Avoid entering private information into sample records.
Sign-in and hosting
Email sign-in uses essential session cookies; invitation links use session storage to return you to your invitation after signing in. The owner-only service portal and hosting infrastructure can also use essential authentication cookies. Their exact names and lifetimes are controlled by those providers and may change. A full hosted-cookie inventory remains part of commercial launch review; this notice does not claim that provider behaviour has been independently audited.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or remove cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary sign-in storage can stop login from working. We have not added optional tracking that requires a marketing-consent toggle. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, this notice and the relevant consent controls must be updated before it runs.
