Choose roles deliberately
The platform distinguishes Owner, Manager, Operator and Viewer. Use viewing-only access for people who only need to check records, and operational or management access only where their job needs it. Sensitive actions are checked on the server.
People records are not seats
A customer or operator stored as an operational record is not automatically a login. The subscription’s user allowance concerns people accessing the system. Keep those concepts separate when estimating your team size.
Review access as work changes
Remove access when someone leaves and review roles when responsibilities change. Do not give a contractor a shared staff password. An external contractor portal is not included.
Current account limitation
The evaluation currently uses ChatGPT sign-in. Independent product accounts, transactional invitation delivery and commercial seat enforcement are still launch work. Exploring the demo does not create a team.
